<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing a solar cell, comprising the steps of preparing a substrate of a solar cell; performing sand blast to form an irregular structure with predetermined particles evenly on the substrate by adjusting jet pressure and a jet angle; cleaning the substrate having the irregular structure; depositing a rear electrode layer with a predetermined thickness such that a regular structure is formed on a surface of the rear electrode by the irregular structure of the substrate; depositing a light absorption layer on the rear electrode layer and depositing a buffer layer on the light absorption layer; depositing a transparent conductive layer on the buffer layer; depositing an anti-reflective layer on the transparent conductive layer in a portion excluding the region where a front electrode layer is formed; and depositing the front electrode layer in a portion of the transparent conductive layer where the antireflective layer is not formed. In the present invention, since the irregular structure is formed on the substrate of the solar cell through sand blasting and the irregular structures is also formed on the rear electrode formed above the substrate, a rate of solar light absorbed by the light absorption layer can be increased. Also, due to the irregular structure formed on the substrate, the substrate can be prevented from being deformed at high temperatures, thereby securing stability of the solar cell.</p> |
