The present invention provides a turbo dynamic mixer having variable multi-stage rotating impellers. In the turbo dynamic mixer having the variable multi-stage rotating impellers according to the present invention, various rotating impellers having designed shapes are arranged with gaps which become narrower, thereby smoothing inflow and flow of raw materials and increasing atomization of the raw materials or air; and especially, inflow of polyol or isocyanate raw materials used for foaming polyurethane foam is smoothly performed and atomization of the polyol or isocyanate raw materials is effectively performed, thereby drastically reducing viscosity of the raw materials, reducing load of a motor which mixes the raw materials, and increasing mix efficiency of the raw materials. The turbo dynamic mixer with variable multi-stage rotating impellers evenly distributes ultrafine air bubbles inside the raw materials which are aerated by air inflow, thereby promoting product quality of foam products. The turbo dynamic mixer with variable multi-stage rotating impellers comprises a housing having inlet and outlet connected to an internal path formed in the longitudinal direction; a rotating shaft which is rotated by being arranged in the internal path of the housing in the longitudinal direction; a plurality of rotating impellers formed on the rotating shaft at intervals; and a plurality of fixed impellers formed on the inner periphery at intervals. The rotating impellers are arranged at one end of the internal path connected to the inlet, and include twisted rotating impellers in which a plurality of torsional propeller surfaces, which is twisted in designed patterns, is formed in a radial shape, thereby making the raw materials that are input through the inlet flow through the twisted propeller surfaces of the twisted rotating impellers. |
