Disclosed in the present invention are a conductive member cleaning agent used in an organic electroluminescent display device manufacturing process, and a cleaning method using the same. The disclosed cleaning agent of the present invention is characterized by containing alkali salts, water-soluble organic acid salts, an inhibitor, an organic additive, and an emulsifier, wherein the organic additive contains triethyleneglycol monobutylether (BTG), and the emulsifier contains triethanol amine (TEA), thereby removing organic substances and inorganic substances attached on a conductive member used in an organic electroluminescent display device. The conductive member cleaning agent used in an organic electroluminescent display device manufacturing process according to the present invention performs washing out of organic substances and inorganic substances attached on a conductive member used in a manufacturing process in a single process by using one solution, improves the productivity, reduces the cost, and more efficiently cleans conductive members. |
