The present invention relates to a system for forming a metallic hairline to form the hairline continuously on a metal plate regardless of an area of the metal plate. The system for forming the metallic hairline according to the present invention includes a metal plate supplying roll supporting a roll of the metal plate; a metal plate discharging roll enabling the metal plate to be transferred by unwinding the metal plate from the metal plate supplying roll and rotating to wind the metal plate; a gloss removing unit grinding the metal plate using a brush rolling-touching the metal plate unwound from the metal plate supplying roll to remove a gloss of the metal plate; a hairline forming unit arranged on a transfer passage of the metal plate passing through the gloss removing unit, transferring a grinding mesh in a direction identical to the direction where the metal plate is transferred, and pressing the grinding mesh toward the metal plate to form the hairline on the metal plate; and a bonding unit bonding arranged on the rear side of the hairline forming unit, supplying a protective film to the metal plate, and forming the protective film on one surface of the metal plate where the hairline is formed using a pair of pressing roller, thereby obtaining effects of improving production efficiency, forming hairlines of various shapes, and improving the precision of the hairlines. |
