The present invention relates to a portable cover for preventing overflow, more specifically, a portable cover for preventing overflow, allowing a user to carry a cup by sealing the cup by selectively fastening a string which is adjustable in length by a fastener formed on the upper part of the cover, and allowing a user to drink contents by taking off the cover by releasing the string. The present invention comprises: a main body which is made of a waterproof material and has a lower end portion manufactured to be fit for a paper cup; a string which is made of an elastic material and is connected to the upper end portion of the main body; and a space portion which is opened by releasing the fastener when drinking the contents and is closed by fastening the fastener when moving. |
