发明名称 GAS CUTTING TORCH
摘要
An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a gas cutter wherein a flame is not reached up to a head even if backfire is occurred. Also, an object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a gas cutter wherein a sealed state of an injection unit is maintained even if the head is heated. Also, an object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a gas cutter which simplifies a structure of the head to save time and costs required for manufacturing the gas cutter. Also, an object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a manual gas cutter having an improved mixing rate of mixed gas to have increased thermal efficiency. Also, an object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a gas cutter wherein the heating of the head is minimized to extend the lifespan of the head. Disclosed is a blowpipe for cutting. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a gas cutter having a valve bundle in which gaseous oxygen and fuel gas are flowed and a nozzle bundle coupled to the valve bundle and having a fuel hole formed, wherein the valve bundle includes a branching unit having the oxygen branched into cutting oxygen and preheating oxygen to be flowed to the nozzle bundle, the nozzle bundle includes a tip having the fuel hole formed on a front end portion and a head frame having the tip coupled thereto, an inner portion of the head frame includes a cutting oxygen flow passage in which the cutting oxygen introduced from the valve bundle is flowed to the tip, an injecting flow passage in which the preheating oxygen and the fuel gas introduced from the valve bundle is flowed to the tip, and an injecting unit increasing flow speed of the preheating oxygen introduced into the injecting flow passage to enable the fuel gas to be laminar-flowed through the injecting flow passage, a rear end portion of the tip includes a cutting oxygen inlet connected to the cutting oxygen flow passage and an inlet connected to the injecting flow passage, and an inner portion of the tip includes a mixing chamber having a larger cross-sectional area than the inlet to enable mixed gas to be formed by the preheating oxygen and the fuel gas, introduced from the inlet while being laminar-flowed, forming a vortex.
