<p>The present invention provides a counter circuit, an ADC including the same, an image sensor, and a correlated double sampling method using the same. The counter circuit includes a first counter and a second counter. The first counter counts a first counter clock signal which toggles on a first frequency and generates N-M bit signals of a high priority among N bit counter output signals during a coarse counting section in response to a first counting enable signal based on a first comparative signal (N is a natural number greater than M, M is three or more natural numbers). The second counter counts a second counter clock signal which toggles on a second frequency higher than the first frequency and generates M bit signals of a low priority among N bit counter output signals during a continuous fine counting section which continues to the coarse counting section in response to a second counting enable signal based on the first comparative signal and a second comparative signal.</p> |
