In a gate driving circuit which is subordinately connected to stages and outputs gate signals, an n-th stage includes a pull up part which responds to the high voltage of a control node and outputs the high voltage of a clock signal with the high voltage of an n-th gate signal; a control pull down part which responds to at least one carrier signal among the post stages of the n-th stage, discharges the voltage of the control node with a low voltage, and receives a reverse bias voltage corresponding to the low voltage; and a carrier part which responds to the high voltage of the control node and outputs the n-th carrier signal with the high voltage of the clock signal. The reverse bias voltage is applied by considering the shift characteristic of a threshold voltage on the gate bias of an oxide transistor, thereby preventing the threshold voltage from being shifted in a negative direction. Especially, in a control node of controlling a gate signal, the reverse bias voltage is applied to a transistor which pulls down the signal of the control node according to the output signal of a next step stage, thereby stabilizing the voltage of the control node.
|
