<p>The present invention relates to a guiding protractor device having a leveler mounted thereon for ventricular puncture, wherein the guiding protractor device comprises a base plate inserted and mounted in the perforations of the skull and having a C-shape hole having an open part; a base part including a C-shaped bottom protruding pipe having the same opening direction as the C-shaped hole and protruding to the bottom of the base plate to be inserted in the perforations and a C-shaped top protruding pipe having the same opening direction as the C-shaped hole and protruding to the bottom of the base plate; a guiding protractor device coupled with a top protruding pipe of the base part and having a guiding groove for guiding a ventricular puncture insertion direction; and a leveler mounted on the guiding protractor in a length direction and confirming the horizontality of the base part so as to discern the accurate ventricular puncture insertion direction of a catheter. In the present invention, by puncturing the skull in a ventriculoperitoneal shunt, a ventricular puncture can be simply and accurately performed, and the ventricular puncture can be rapidly performed. Moreover, the horizontality of the device for an accurate catheter insertion angle can be monitored, and the most suitable ventricular puncture insertion angle depending on the patient can be easily determined. An insertion length is clearly confirmed, so that ventricular puncture can be precisely performed.</p> |
