<p>The present invention relates to a PLM system and a method for offering a reference drawing and, more specifically, to a PLM system and an operating method thereof capable of defining a reference relation between drawings; rapidly inquiring and offering other drawings necessary for drawing design; and automatically distributing a corresponding drawing to a design manager of the other drawings necessary for a designed drawing. The method for offering the reference drawing of the PLM system comprises a step for checking whether or not a file of the designed drawing is registered by the design manager; a step for searching a list of the other drawings which is designed by considering the designed drawing when the file of the designed drawing is registered; a step for searching each design manager of the list of the other drawings; a step for searching the contact information of the each searched design manager; and a step for automatically informing the distribution of the designed drawing to each searched design manager by using the corresponding contact information.</p> |
