<p>Provided is an organic light emitting diode display device, and includes: a pixel electrode; a hole subband layer formed on the pixel electrode; a protection layer formed on the hole subband layer; an organic light emitting layer formed on the protection layer; an electron subband layer formed on the organic light emitting layer; and a common electrode formed on the electron subband layer. According to the embodiment of the present invention, in a laser thermal transfer process or a hybrid patterning process, the generation of a mixture layer by a mixture of an organic light emitting layer and a hole transport layer due to thermal energy is prevented. Moreover, thermal damage is minimized such that the property of an organic light emitting display device can be improved.</p> |
