at least one circuit configured to:
perform a first process of determining an extraction color region including at least a first partial region in an image using color information of an input image signal;when the extraction color region is not determined by the first process, perform a second process of determining the extraction color region including a second partial region in the image, wherein the second partial region is different from the first partial region; andperform image processing on the extraction color region of the input image signal and/or the remaining region of the input image signal excluding the extraction color region, to obtain an output image signal.
