The present invention relates to low salinity fermented food and a production method of same. The production method of the low salinity fermented food of by the present invention: enables users to produce low salinity paste, mixed paste, mixed sauce, and other sauce with the salinity less than 10% which are incapable of storing for a long time; and completely removes acid membrane yeast, fungi, and harmful bacteria, which are microorganisms relating to the deterioration and excessive aging of traditional fermented paste with more than 50% of moisture for storing the fermented paste for a long time. |
