PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus using functional powder for treating material to be treated, having a high treatment efficiency in treating the material to be treated with an enhanced contact efficiency between the material to be treated and the functional powder without breaking the functional powder.SOLUTION: The water treatment apparatus in an embodiment includes: a reaction tank in which the material to be treated contained in water to be treated is contacted with functional powder, such that the material to be treated is adsorbed to the functional powder; a mixer disposed along the central axis of the reaction tank; and an approximately conical-shaped sedimentation prevention member disposed below the blades of the mixer, on the bottom face of the reaction tank. |
