<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building in which bathroom units can be suitably installed in upper and lower floors respectively.SOLUTION: An apartment house 10 is built as a two-storied building and has a plurality of dwelling units 15 arranged on each floor. The dwelling unit 15 includes a corridor 25, a dressing room 26, and a bathroom 27. The dwelling unit 15 has also a sanitary area where a part of the corridor 25, the dressing room 26, and the bathroom 27 are arranged. In the dwelling units 15 adjacent to each other vertically, the respective sanitary areas are arranged side by side vertically and the respective bathrooms 27 are arranged in positions not overlapping vertically with each other. A second story floor of a second floor part 13 has an upper side floor part arranged above the bathroom 27 of a first floor part 12 and a lower side floor part arranged below the bathroom 27 of the second floor part 13, and an underside of the lower side floor part is arranged at a position lower than an underside of the upper side floor part.</p> |
