PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of operation for moving particles using dielectrophoresis.SOLUTION: A housing 3a of a micro fluid device 3 forms a space 25 in which a fluid containing particles is movable. A plurality of first electrodes 29 are arranged on a first principal surface of the space 25. A plurality of second electrodes 33 are arranged on a second principal surface facing the first principal surface of the space 25. The particles are subjected to dielectrophoresis in the space 25 by switching the combination of the first electrode 29 and second electrode 33, to which an AC voltage is applied, to change a position of a non-uniform electric field.
