PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a seat of a lifting type legless chair to be lifted and lowered by using a simple structure.SOLUTION: A lifting type legless chair 100 in which a seat 12 on which a user is seated can be lifted and lowered comprises: a chair part 10 provided with the seat 12; a base part 20 that supports the chair part 10 so as to allow it to be lifted and lowered; an electric cylinder 30 in which both ends are attached to the base part 20 and the chair part 10 respectively and that lifts and lowers the chair part 10 with respect to the base part 20; and guide rails 22 provided in the base part 20 to guide the chair part 10 in an expansion/contraction direction of the electric cylinder 30.
