PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine preventing floating of a surface sheet in the periphery of an obstacle pin by favorably retaining adhesion between a surface layer sheet and a base plate, and a manufacturing method of a game board thereof.SOLUTION: A large-diameter insertion hole 47 larger than the diameter of an obstacle pin 21 is formed on a surface layer sheet 41 stuck to the front face of a base plate 31. A fixing hole 32 in which the obstacle pin 21 is fixed is formed on the base plate. The large-diameter insertion hole 47 and the fixing hole 32 are positioned so as to prevent the obstacle pin 21 from coming into contact with the surface sheet 41. The inner periphery of the large-diameter insertion hole 47 may be illuminated.
