The present invention relates to a health pillow including herbal medicines. The health pillow of the present invention has a pillow body (500), which comprises a pillow stuffing cover (100) having a bag shape with one side opening (110) to be open/closed, filled with padding cotton (120) to filter the herbal medicine powder between the inner skin and the outer skin, and having the inside separated into a small upper accommodation unit (131) and a large lower accommodation unit (132) by a horizontal partition unit (130); a first and a second pillow stuffing (200a, 200b) formed with a nonwoven bag filled with cotton to maintain the pillow shape, and filled in the lower accommodation unit (132) of the pillow stuffing cover (100) to be able to adjust the height; a strong herbal medicine bag (300a) filled with eight kinds of herbal medicine powder, emitting strong fragrance, and placed at the lower part within the upper accommodation unit (131); a mild herbal medicine bag (300b) filled with 24 kinds of herbal medicinal powder, emitting mild fragrance, having a size to completely cover the strong herbal medicine bag (300a), and placed on top of the strong herbal medicinal bag (300a); and a pillow cover (400) covering the pillow stuffing cover (100), wherein the pillow body (500) is kept in a pillow keeping pouch (600) to prevent fragrance. The health pillow has the head chilling function of chilling the back side of the head in use so as to allow to have a more comfortable and sound sleep, thereby preventing headache, helping insomnia relief and mental stability, and getting healthy in body and mind. |
