<p>PURPOSE: A workpiece forming device is provided to minimize moving paths of a workpiece and the forming device caused by a forming process and to minimize the number of times of moving the workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece forming device includes a workpiece supply unit (110), a first pressing mold (130), a second pressing mold (150), and a trimmer (160). The workpiece supply unit grips a workpiece and supplies the same to an initial processing position. The first pressing mold presses the workpiece with a first fixing mold, thereby primarily forming. The movement and the pressing operation of the second pressing mold are interlocked with those of the first pressing mold. The second pressing mold presses the workpiece positioned on the first fixing mold after the primary forming step. The movement and the pressing operation of the trimmer are interlocked with those of the first and second pressing molds. The trimmer presses the workpiece positioned on the second fixing mold while drives the workpiece to the inside of the second fixing mold and trims the unnecessary edge of the workpiece.</p> |
