<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product by a bottom injection method using wet powder and a device for the same are provided to express cosmetic products in various forms which are customized to consumer needs. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product by a bottom injection method using wet powder (p) comprises the steps of: loading wet powder in a lower suction plate to fill a mold with wet powder; adding a non-woven fabric to the lower suction plate in order for the wet powder not to be adsorbed; overlapping partitions formed in the mold; spraying the wet powder with different colors and filling the mold with powder of various colors by a bottom injection method. A device for manufacturing the cosmetic product by a bottom injection method of wet powder comprises: the mold (10) with a powder filling part (12) which is compartmented with partitions; upper and lower molding cloths; and upper and lower suction plates. The lower suction plate has bottom injections received in a bottom injection guide groove, which is communicated with the partitions.</p> |
