PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel allowing an electrode pattern formed of a translucent material to be hardly seen from the outside.SOLUTION: The touch panel comprises: a substrate layer formed of a translucent insulation material; an electrode layer that has an electrode pattern including a plurality of detection electrodes arranged on the substrate layer so as to extend along a first direction, and including a dummy electrode arranged on the substrate layer in a region between the adjacent detection electrodes and electrically separated from the detection electrode, and that is formed of a translucent electrode material; and an insulating layer formed of the translucent insulation material so as to cover the electrode layer. The dummy electrode is electrically divided into a plurality of fine regions by first slits. A surface of the insulating layer is divided into a plurality of fine regions by second slits in a portion of the insulating layer covering the detection electrode. |
