PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise such as squeak noise (crunch noise) etc., of a form generated when the form having waved to be stiffened passes through a curved conveyance path in a conveyance path.SOLUTION: A form conveyance device includes a pair of conveyance guides 41, 42 which form a conveyance path 33a for conveying a form, and a conveyance roller 36a provided for the conveyance path. The pair of conveyance guides 41, 41 are provided with a plurality of conveyance ribs 41a, 42a for conveying the form in a form width direction along a form conveyance direction Y2, respectively. The conveyance path 33a includes a curved conveyance path 33a2, and positions of peaks of the conveyance ribs 41a1, 42a1 right before entering the curved conveyance path 33a2 are set to such position relation that a stiffening state by waving caused in the form width direction of the form is improved and a front end part of the form in the conveyance direction smoothly enters the curved conveyance path 33a2. |
