PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability so that combination of an inspection processing tool and a target image is not confused.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image processor is provided with: inspection executing means for executing predetermined inspection processing to a distance image or a luminance image; inspection processing selecting means for selecting one or more pieces of inspection processing executed by the inspection executing means; and inspection processing setting means for setting, for each inspection processing selected by the inspection processing selecting means, inspection processing conditions including selection of a setting image targeted by the inspection processing. In the case that the inspection processing selected by the inspection processing selecting means can be executed to both the distance image and the luminance image, the distance image or the luminance image can be selected as a setting image by the inspection processing setting means. However, in the case that the inspection processing can be executed to the distance image but cannot be executed to the luminance image, the distance image can be selected but the luminance image cannot be selected as the setting image by the inspection processing setting means.
