PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan a power saving target or power saving measures on the basis of demand power.SOLUTION: A power saving support system comprises: a data collection device for collecting power consumption of a building as time-sequential data of power based on a power value measured by a measuring instrument that measures at least power; and a power saving support device which predicts demand power in the building on the basis of the time-sequential data of power collected by the data collection device. The power saving support device includes: a learning data acquisition part for acquiring time-sequential data within a predetermined learning range in the time-sequential data of power collected by the data collection device; and a prediction processing part for predicting the demand power for a predetermined prediction period on the basis of step difference sequential data indicating an arithmetic average of time-sequential data within the predetermined learning range acquired by the learning data acquisition part and a predetermined statistic model.
