PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming fine-shaped recessed parts on the friction-curved-shaped inner circumferential faces such as the cylinder bore faces of a cylinder block utilizing a photolithography process, and a method therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is a device for forming fine-shaped recessed parts on curved-shaped inner circumferential faces including: a means of cleaning the curved-shaped inner circumferential faces; a means of applying photosensitive substance to the cleaned curved-shaped inner circumferential faces to form a photoresist layer; a means of tightly adhering photomasks in which the shape of the recessed part is printed or drilled at the photoresist layer; a means of exposing the photoresist layer using the photomask; a means of developing the exposed photoresist layer so as to be patterned according to the design shape of the recessed parts; a means of selectively etching the curved-shaped inner circumferential faces exposed by the development; and a peeling means of separately removing the photoresists remaining at the curved-shaped inner circumferential faces.
