<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a system capable of gaining the cooperation from many residents to reduce garbage from households or commercial stores.SOLUTION: There is provided an information processor which comprises: a second storage part for storing the amount of garbage assigned to each member over a prescribed period; second receiving means for receiving the amount of garbage from terminal devices owned by the members; first storage means for totalizing the amount of garbage received by the second receiving means for each member and storing the total amount; first determination means for determining whether the total amount of garbage stored by the first storage means over the prescribed period is smaller than the member's assigned amount of garbage stored in the second storage part; privilege output means which, when the first determination means has determined that a member's total amount of garbage is smaller than the amount of garbage assigned to the member, outputs information about a privilege for the member.</p> |
