PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an effective use of the residual electric power generated when the electric power is supplied.SOLUTION: An electric power supply device 1 generates an internal power supply power used for an inner part by a power generation part 2 from an external power supply power taken in through a power supply cable 4 and a locker switch 3, and a residual charge is accumulated in the power generation part 2 accompanied with the generation of the internal power supply power. The locker switch 3 performs a supply/supply-shut down from and to the power generation part 2 of the external power supply power from the power supply cable 4 according to an operation from the outside, and when the external power supply power is shut-down to the power generation part 2, the power generation part 2 is connected to a power storage part 5.
