<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable beverage having improved taste, with the umami and the rich taste derived from onion being well balanced.SOLUTION: The vegetable beverage having improved taste includes sauteed onion, tomato, and carrot. Due to the abundant content of onion, quercetin having preventive effect on lifestyle related diseases can be efficiently ingested. The vegetable beverage is therefore useful in health promotion, having a high commercial value.</p> |
