PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that controls an electric apparatus by a posture of a portable device when the portable device is approximated to the electric apparatus.SOLUTION: A control information generation unit 602 identifies a posture of a portable device 102 relative to an antenna of an electric apparatus on the basis of the direction of gravity detected by an acceleration sensor 611 and the direction of a magnetic field detected by a magnetic sensor 612. Then, the control information generation unit 602 generates control information that makes the electric apparatus perform control contents corresponding to the identified posture. A communication unit 603 transmits the generated control information to the electric apparatus by use of proximity wireless communication.
