<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it is difficult to store, in an image forming device provided with a storage with low capacity, a moving image showing a maintenance procedure of the image forming device.SOLUTION: A moving image is created and stored for each operation element composing a maintenance procedure, and a relation between each maintenance state and a moving image to be presented in the state is defined. The moving image is reproduced and displayed in accordance with the definition, thereby reducing data of a moving image of duplicate operation content in each maintenance procedure.</p> |
