PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding which has good flexibility and is excellent in oil resistance, especially oil resistance at high temperatures (heat-resistant oil resistance), and a thermoplastic elastomer composition which can provide such a molding.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition contains 0.01-10 pts. mass of a carbodiimide compound (ingredient B) to 100 pts. mass of a (meth)acryl elastomer (ingredient A). A molding obtained by hot-forming the thermoelastic elastomer composition is also provided.
