<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic in which an aggregation of black iron oxide is sufficiently suppressed, and which can be easily filled up when manufacturing, and also which is excellent in usability.SOLUTION: An oily solid cosmetic of the invention contains an oily component, and 30-70 mass% of a powder component. The powder component contains 5-25 mass% of inorganic powders covered with black iron oxide on its surface based on the total amount of the powder component, and 40-90 mass% of sheet mica based on the total amount of the powder component.</p> |
