<p>The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an interphase insulating sheet of a rotating electric machine, and an electric compressor. A polymerization unit of a ring-shaped insulating unit is fit in a state that a straight line protrusion unit is faced with a part of a circular protrusion unit between a working piece having the straight line protrusion unit and an ultrasonic horn having the circular protrusion unit and is ultrasonic-welded. Even if the ultrasonic horn under ultrasonic vibration rotates on the polymerization unit in the ultrasonic welding, an area of the polymerization unit to be fit between the straight line protrusion unit and the circular protrusion unit does not reduce in a state that the straight line protrusion unit is faced with a part of the circular protrusion unit after the ultrasonic vibration is applied to the ultrasonic horn.</p> |
