PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column unit, used for constructing an earthquake-resistant partition device provided between a suspended ceiling structure and a floor surface constructed, for example, by a new earthquake-resisting standard or reinforced for earthquake resistance, and used for the earthquake-resistant partition device having the function of absorbing interlayer displacement and vibration of a building by an earthquake.SOLUTION: A column unit comprises: a column part 15; and a movable part 16 arranged along one side of the column part, and a pair of side surface plates 53 provided on both obverse-reverse sides of the column part and a pair of outer wall plates 59 provided on both obverse-reverse sides of the movable part, are loosely fitted so as to overlap with the inside and outside, and the movable part is elastically energized in a side projection direction to the column part. The column part and the movable part are linked by a guide rod 17 and a compression coil spring 18 so that the movable part can be displaced in the lateral direction to the column part, and are elastically energized in the side projection direction. |
