PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform monitoring of a target such as a child, an elderly person, a pet or a passenger car, to reduce probability that the target is lost, and to quickly find out the target by searching and tracking the action route of the target when the target is lost.SOLUTION: An identification code is attached to a target device 30, and a host device 20 registers a target account database in a cloud center 10 on the basis of the identification code, and status information 301 of the target device 30 is stored in the cloud center 10. When receiving the identification code, a searching and tracking device 40 logs in the cloud center 10 to confirm the status information 301 of the target device 30, and determines whether to notify the cloud center 10 of location information 441 and/or time when it has received the identification code. Thus, a user can track the action route of the target device 30 by receiving the notification of the location information 441 and the time of the target device 30 found out by the searching and tracking device 40. |
