摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass bonding material which contains neither a fluorine component nor an alkali component and has heat resistance at 1000°C or more.SOLUTION: There is provided a glass bonding material which substantially contains neither a fluorine component nor an alkali component and in which 95% or more of the composition is constituted by the following components: in mass% calculated in terms of oxides, 25 to 50 mass% of BaO, 1 to 10 mass% of at least one of MgO, CaO and SrO, 35 to 60 mass% of SiO, 5 to 15 mass% of A1Oand 0 to 15 mass% of BiO. In one preferable example, a glass bonding material has a linear thermal expansion coefficient at 30°C to 500°C of 6×10Kto 8×10Kand is used for bonding of an alumina-based ceramic material even under a high temperature of 1000°C or more.
