<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image formation device, enabling diagonal needle-less binding on a sheet bundle to be performed properly.SOLUTION: A needle-less binding unit 10 is diagonally disposed relative to a sheet bundle transportation direction so that one corner part of a sheet bundle PA is diagonally bound on a lower stream side in the sheet bundle transportation direction than a staple unit 110, being outside in width direction. When performing binding process with the needle-less binding unit 10, a rear end assist 112 that discharges the bound sheet bundle PA is moved to a position where the rear end of the sheet bundle PA comes to a lower stream in sheet bundle transportation direction than an upper stream end in the sheet bundle transportation direction of a receiving part of the needle-less binding unit 10 which is diagonally disposed.</p> |
