PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a user.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a casing; an image holding body disposed in the casing for holding an image formed on the surface; an exposure unit which is freely movable between an exposure position where the surface of the image holding body is exposed and a saving position whose distance from the place where the image holding body is disposed in the casing is larger than that from the exposure position; an attachable/detachable body on which the image holding body is mounted, and which is freely attachable/detachable to/from the casing; and a movement unit disposed in the attachable/detachable body for moving the exposure unit from the saving position side to the exposure position side in accordance with such movement that the attachable/detachable body is inserted into the casing. |
