PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device that allows a user to cancel an operation without causing an erroneous operation, and enables its operability to be improved as a result.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 10 includes: an LCD 13 and an LED 15 for displaying a display screen where a first operation region having a first operation section and a second operation region having a second operation section are disposed adjacently; a first touch panel 17 for detecting that the first operation section in the first operation region is indicated and selected by an indication body; an electrostatic sensor 19 for detecting that the second operation section in the second operation region is indicated and selected by the indication body; and an operation processing section 12E for cancelling a selection state of the first operation section when the indication body is moved to a cancellation region outside the first operation section while the indication body is kept touching the display screen after the first operation section is indicated by the indication body. The cancellation region includes the second operation section in the second operation region. |
