PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an easy wireless LAN setting, particularly for a wireless LAN for indoor use, without being eavesdropped of setting information by a third party from outdoor and without requesting any operation for wireless LAN connection to a user of a terminal subject to the wireless LAN setting.SOLUTION: A beam sweep control part 103 sweeps a beam direction of a directional antenna ATa2. A modulation-demodulation part 104 modulates a signal to be transmitted through the directional antenna ATa2 to a high frequency signal. A beacon transmission part 105a transmits a high frequency beacon through the directional antenna ATa2 while sweeping the beam. A directional communication channel establishment part 105c establishes a tentative directional communication channel in a high frequency band between a smartphone MN by responding a high frequency signal from the directional antenna ATa2 for connection request transmitted by the smartphone MN. A wireless LAN setting part 105d performs a wireless LAN setting of the smartphone MN using the tentative directional communication channel.
