<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in cost and degradation of management efficiency and reduce the frequency of exchanging extrusion heads by minimizing the number of change parts in formation of different rubber moldings.SOLUTION: A rubber extrusion device has an extrusion head to which front ends of multiple rubber extruders are attached, a mouth ring arranged on a mouth ring mounting concave part of the extrusion head, and lock means having a wedge holding the mouth ring by abutting a wedge abutting surface of the mouth ring. The mouth ring comprises a head mouth having multiple individual passages, a pre-former having a junction passage, and a die plate having a molding passage. The mouth ring makes it possible that the die plate, the pre-former, and the head mouth are held by the wedge, that the die plate is dismounted while the pre-former and the head mouth are held by the wedge, that the die plate and the pre-former are dismounted while the head mouth is held by the wedge, and that the die plate, the pre-former, and the head mouth are dismounted.</p> |
