<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for performing a printing instruction to the print service of the Internet by the same operation as that performed to the print server of the Intranet from a printer which cooperates with the authentication server of the Intranet.SOLUTION: A printer stores a tenant identifier, and transmits a login request including a user name authenticated by the authentication server of the Intranet and the tenant identifier to a request acceptance server. The request acceptance server stores the user name for proxy authentication and a password for each tenant, and accepts a login request from the printer, and makes a proxy authentication request to the authentication server by using a user account for proxy authentication corresponding to the tenant identifier. The authentication server manages an account capable of proxy authentication for each tenant, and manages the user name managed by the authentication server of the Intranet in association with the user account, and performs proxy authentication based on the user name and the account for proxy authentication.</p> |
