PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carcass band folding-back device capable of preventing a member such as a carcass band from hanging down from a clearance between adjacent folding-back arms.SOLUTION: A carcass band folding-back device 10 comprises: a plurality of folding-back arms 11 juxtaposed in the circumferential direction on both side in the axial direction of a diametrically expansible main body drum 2 of a tire molding drum 1, rotatably connecting a base end part 11a to a slide member 12 arranged outside in the axial direction of bead lock means 5 making a pair and rockable on the inside and outside in the radial direction with the base end part 11a as the center; a folding-back roller 14 rotatably supported by a tip part 11b of the respective folding-back arms 11; and arm energizing means 16 for energizing the plurality of folding-back arms 11 to the inside in the radial direction with its base end part 11a as the center. The plurality of folding-back arms 11 are respectively provided with a plate part 21 extending toward the tip part 11b from the base end part 11a, and when the folding-back arms 11 are in a diametrically contracted state, the plate part 21 covers a circumferential surface, side by side along the circumferential direction of the tire molding drum 1. |
