PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging control device capable of storing the desired amount of power in a power storage apparatus while preventing, as further as possible, power of a commercial power system from being used for charging the power storage apparatus.SOLUTION: In the case where a power storage amount of a power storage apparatus 2 is more than a temporary target power storage amount derived according to a relation between a predetermined time preceding to a predetermined use start time and a temporary target power storage amount that is a bottom power storage amount which should be stored in the power storage apparatus 2 at a predetermined time for storing a final target amount of power in the power storage apparatus 2 at the predetermined use start time, a charging control device 20 performs normal charging control for operating a charging circuit part 21 so as to charge the power storage apparatus 2 with generation power of a power generation device 14. In the case where the power storage amount of the power storage apparatus 2 is equal to or less than the temporary target power storage amount derived according to the relation, the charging control device 20 performs quick charging control for operating the charging circuit part 21 so as to charge the power storage apparatus 2 at a maximum charging speed while using power received from at least a commercial power system 11 between the power generation device 14 and the commercial power system 11. |
