PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric having a resin part hardly peeling, and clothing formed by the fabric and in which the resin part adhering to curved parts of body such as heel, knee and elbow is arranged.SOLUTION: A resin composition having a fabric body 1 and a resin part 2 formed by the fabric body and containing 100 pts.mass of (A) a silicone resin monomer containing a vinyl group, 8 pts.mass to 12 pts.mass of (B) a curing agent containing a hydroxyl group causing an addition polymerization and 3 pts.mass to 30 pts.mass of (C) a softener consisting of carboxylic acid ester is coated on at least a part of a region of the fabric body contacting skin and cured.
