PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor with an interposer capable of surely suppressing noise which may occur due to an electrostriction phenomenon of a capacitor main body in a state of being mounted on a circuit board or the like.SOLUTION: A interposer 20 includes: two connection electrodes 22 provided on a top surface of an insulation substrate 21; two mounting electrodes 23 provided on an under surface of the insulation substrate 21; a tubular first through via 24 provided on the insulation substrate 21 so as to connect one connection electrode 22 and one mounting electrode 23; a tubular second through via 24 provided on the insulation substrate 21 so as to connect the other connection electrode 22 and the one mounting electrode 23; and a solder non-adhering film 25 provided so as to cover an upper end openings of inner holes 24a of respective first and second through vias 24, in which one surface of a wraparound part 12b of respective outer electrodes 12 of a multilayer ceramic capacitor 10 is bonded on surfaces of the respective connection electrodes 22 via solder SOL.
