<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which reduces a shaft voltage and/or an electric potential difference caused by a shaft voltage and prevents electric corrosion with simple means, in a bearing for supporting a fixing part and a rotary part of the brushless motor.SOLUTION: A brushless DC motor includes a rotor 5 and a stator 12 disposed around the rotor 5. The stator 12 includes a stator core 7 and a coil 4 wound around the stator core in a coil-like manner, and it is configured being integral with mold resin 11 made of thermosetting resin by molding. In the rotor 5, a central axis 1 is supported by bearings 3a, 3b provided at a central part of metal brackets 2a, 2b fixed at both end parts of the stator 12 in a rotatable manner. A rolling element is configured by sintered metal having continuous holes in order to prevent occurrence of arc discharge between a rotation part and a fixing part, and in order to lower dynamic pressure of lubricating oil.</p> |
