<p>The present invention relates to a method for performing a function of a messenger and a device thereof and, more specifically, to a method for performing an additional function in a conversation process using a messenger and a device thereof comprising a step for receiving a touch gesture for mode conversion while a chatting window is displayed in the messenger; a step for converting into a mode corresponding to the touch gesture in a state that the chatting window is displayed; and a step for performing the additional function in the converted mode. The present invention is provided to perform the additional function such as a search function in the chatting window without stopping messenger conversation or converting a screen.</p> |
