The submission sentence search server 3 having received the browsing request determines whether there is a congestion factor facility, a facility that will be a factor to cause congestion on the periphery of the guide route. If the submission sentence search server 3 has determined there is a congestion factor facility on the periphery of the guide route, it obtains a first front crossroad and a second front crossroad, roads crossing the guide route and situated at a user side than the congestion factor facility, sets combination of "a name of the first front crossroad or the second front crossroad" and "congestion" to a search word, and searches for a submission sentence including the set search word among submission sentences submitted on a computer network. |
